July 2004 .......the cave room was a life saver after a hot days walk! The breakfast was a delightful start to the day, and the evenings by candlelight enjoying superb dinners, were the cream on the cake! We had 6 nights and could stay longer, Thank-you Jacky, Mustafa and Elif. Good Luck

July 2004 .......The Elif Star Hotel is the best hotel I have been around in Turkey. We have been on holiday for five weeks around Turkey and this was our last stop. We were intending to stay for two days, but we stayed for six days. Beautiful room, clean, very relaxing, the best is Jacky is a very good Chef, she cooks the most beautiful home made meals, we never went out for dinner anywhere. If you are thinking to stay, don't think twice - you'll never forget it
